  • Internal
    • Complete and return this form to your Customer Success Consultant
    • Consider how you will hold colleagues accountable to using these tools i.e. monthly reports, competitions, sharing success stories, etc.  Ask your Customer Success Consultant if you need ideas!

  • External
    • Bring your calendar to schedule a client rollout date
    • Identify who will be responsible for rollout as new clients are acquired
    • Consider how you will change your client service elevator pitch to incorporate your new tools.  Ask your Customer Success Consultant if you need ideas!
